Choose your system-building workspace

Two builders. One shared analytics engine.

Use the Main System Builder for fast, structured historical systems, or move into the Professional Systems Builder when you want the advanced sire and dam-sire conditions workflow. Pick the workspace that matches the type of system you are building.

Core system-building workflow

Main System Builder

Build serious historical racing systems with a focused, structured workflow across race type, country, time, market, class, course, conditions, horse profile, last-time-out, ratings, trainer and jockey filters.

  • Start with broad angles, then refine using grouped builder sections and clear reset controls.
  • Test market and price behaviour with SP, BSP, early price and betting-position breakdowns.
  • Run Quick Reports for fast feedback, then open Detailed Analysis for the full breakdown workspace.
  • Rank qualifying runners by BSP, SP or Official Rating when you only want selected ranks per race.
  • Switch on the Trainer / Jockey table group when connection-level patterns matter.
Advanced professional workflow

Professional Systems Builder

Sire & Dam-Sire Conditions Analysis

Everything in the Main System Builder, plus the specialist breeding-conditions workflow for identifying runners whose sire or dam-sire evidence suggests today’s race conditions are against them.

  • Analyse sire and dam-sire progeny performance against course, distance, going, Course Profile, Course Style, Course Features and direction queries.
  • Calibrate strike-rate and zero-from thresholds query by query before activating eliminations.
  • Separate qualifiers, eliminated runners, bet races and no-bet races with clear diagnostics.
  • Use race-level rules such as negative density, qualifiers remaining and negatives near the front of the market.
  • Designed to become the platform’s advanced edge-building workspace once the sire/dam-sire module is live.

Report Setup

Choose the report depth, select the evidence tables, then run the current builder filters.

Start here
Run Reports

Use this first for a fast read on the current angle: headline verdict, P/L, ROI, A/E, win rate, average prices and year-by-year performance without building the full evidence pack.

Run the baseline summary first, then prepare the independent Sire and Dam-sire query catalogues and evidence against the same race universe.

Use this when the quick result is worth deeper work. It builds the runner/race snapshot and generates the selected evidence tables so you can see what is driving the result.

Evidence Table Groups

Choose which evidence-table groups the Detailed Analysis should build. More groups give more diagnostics; fewer groups keep the report quicker and cleaner.

Loading groups…
Selected groups control what is generated, not just what is shown. Fewer groups run faster; more groups give more evidence to review.
System Management

Save a finished system so it can be reopened, reviewed, tweaked or used later to find daily qualifiers in the live racing sections. Load System brings a saved setup back into the builder. Reset All clears the current workspace and restores the defaults.

Selection logic
i

System / Betting Criteria

Choose whether the report counts every qualifier or only a ranked subset of qualifiers inside each race.

Ranked Qualifiers is now active. Choose BSP, SP, Official Rating or Avg Prize by Code, then set the rank range you want to count as selections.

Selection Mode
All Qualifiers

Ranking Method

Only used when Ranked Qualifiers mode is active.

BSPSPOfficial RatingAvg Prize by Code
Official Rating ranking excludes qualifiers with no official rating. Avg Prize by Code ranks by the highest average previous prize-money in the same broad race code.
Rank Range

Rank 1 is the lowest-priced qualifier for BSP/SP, highest-rated qualifier for Official Rating, or highest average previous prize by race code.

Rank controls are inactive while All Qualifiers mode is selected.

Race Profiler

?
🔔
Manual profile workspace

Profile the race first. Then study the horses inside it.

Build a race cohort, scan the profile tables, and identify winner traits, elimination candidates, weak evidence and profile-shape signals. Version 1 reuses the proven Main System Builder engine while presenting the workflow as race profiling rather than system selection.

Active in v1

Manual Race Profile

Use the existing filter engine to define the race cohort yourself. Start with race type, class, distance, age restriction, field size, month or season, course and race conditions, then choose which Profile Areas the report should scan.

  • Designed for expert race profiling where you already know the cohort you want to study.
  • Uses the same app-layer, snapshot-backed report engine as Detailed Analysis.
  • System / Betting Criteria is hidden so the page remains race-profile focused.
  • Runner filters remain available later in the page for deliberate subset profiling.
Coming later

Assisted Race Profile

Start from a target race and let the app suggest comparable race-cohort criteria such as class, distance, month, field size, race type and course profile. Every suggested criterion will remain editable.

  • No black-box cohort selection.
  • Designed for users who want guidance building sensible comparable-race samples.
  • Will later connect to live racing and the Trends Engine.
